The best way to find out what we offer is to try it out yourself. We’re confident that you’ll like what you see.

The 2018 study, published in December 2018, finds that of the 78 percent of respondents who use a third-party Lead Management/ CRM tool, Surefire is the most preferred tool with 17.6-percent market share. This is almost a full three percent higher than the next most preferred tool.

“We are beyond excited to be ranked the top CRM system for mortgage lenders. Being ranked as the number one mortgage CRM system gives tremendous validity to Top of Mind Network’s CRM system. It is also a reflection on the amount of time we spend updating the system to meet the changing needs of the industry,” says Bill Hayes, CEO. “We continue to grow products and services in a continued effort to be the industry’s CRM leader.”

It is interesting to note that according to STRATMOR, 18 percent of survey respondents are not using a company sponsored lead management tool and often rely on their staff to keep up with customers through their preferred method. STRATMOR notes that having an effective Lead Management / CRM system allows loan originators and lenders to build and maintain customer relationships through marketing, communication functionality and lead tracking.

Top of Mind has a well-established leadership position in the mortgage CRM market, and continues to grow. Within the past seven months, the company added four new executives: Bill Hayes, CEO; Nicolas Alberga, Chief Financial Officer; Erik Enright, Chief Technology Officer; and Amy Leiter, Chief Success Officer.

Bill Hayes recently shared, “Our goal will be to leverage the things our clients love about Top of Mind—the customer-centric environment and spirit of innovation—while continuing to develop a company that can win at the next level.”

Top of Mind has led the way in developing new tools to address the needs of the loan origination ecosystem. The company’s product capabilities, particularly with the newest version of its Surefire platform, allow its clients to run, track and improve campaigns, so that its originators can focus on doing what they do best – selling.
