1, 2, 3, 4, Detroit CEOs declare broker war! The recent feud between United Wholesale Mortgage and Rocket Pro TPO has been the mortgage tea of March. All politics aside, the dispute can be viewed as symptomatic of market changes that have grown the independent mortgage broker community, especially over the last year.
It’s a trend we have been watching carefully and are well prepared for. Here’s a rundown of what we’ve done to step up as the top mortgage CRM for independent and small working groups, no matter whose products you broker:
- Extended LOS and POS integrations to smaller lenders
- Provided access to features that allow brokers to scale their business, such as the call center functionality of Power Calls
- Implemented a lead distribution system that lets small teams operate without a dedicated marketing resource and respond to purchased and earned leads immediately
- Added new features such as online checkout and a Retention Center with subscription options for print and closing gifts (previously only available at large scale)
In addition to enhancing Surefire CRM’s functionality for brokers, we’ve listened to what you’ve had to say. The number one ask from small businesses has been for more training. In response, we’ve quadrupled our small and medium-sized business (SMB) staffing to support multiple weekly training classes, seasonal large-scale training events and the launch of an onboarding series designed to help independent brokers launch effective campaigns out of the gate with Blueprints for Success.
We’ve also continued to build out Mortgage Marketing University (MMU) courses so brokers can learn the key elements of marketing success as they acquire the resources to engage a dedicated marketing team of their own.
As a Surefire client, your success is our number one priority. If you have questions about launching Blueprints for Success or any of our other features, our customer success team is eager to help.
Kind regards,
Bill Hayes
