If this year has taught us anything, it’s to embrace change. For nearly a decade, our annual Surefire Summit has been an exclusive, clients-only event. This year, we decided to do things a little differently.
For the first time ever, we have made educational content from our Surefire Summit available industry-wide, on-demand. We hope to help mortgage marketers around the country learn what it takes to keep clients for life while making it easy for valued clients like you to stream Surefire Summit content at any time. So whether you’ve added a team member who needs to get up to speed or want to rewatch content from the Summit yourself, consider this our holiday gift to you. (We’ve even put many of the sessions on our Spotify channel, so you can listen while you commute, hit the treadmill, or catch up on household chores.)
This year’s Surefire Summit covers a range of topics, from best practices in inbound and outbound marketing to how to use your CRM as a recruiting tool. Guest speakers include Barry Habib from MBS Highway and Zac Scalzi from Floify. In one of my favorite sessions, Cheri Booth from VIP Mortgage makes the case for administrator-led marketing and shares creative ways she is using Surefire as a tool for internal communication as well as external marketing.
US Mortgage CMO Ian Klein is another executive who favors a centralized approach to marketing. He recently sat down with us as part of our Surefireside Chats series, in which we interview mortgage marketing leaders to hear their top strategies and secrets for success. If you would like to be featured on Surefireside Chats in 2021 — or if you would like one of your top producers featured on our Inside the Lenders Studio segment — drop me a note!
Speaking of 2021, it’s hard to believe another year is almost upon us. We look forward to facing the challenges and opportunities of a new year together with you.
Kind regards,
Bill Hayes
