Top of Mind Networks Names Mark Green as CSO and Bill Hayes as CEO
ATLANTA— (BUSINESS WIRE)—Top of Mind Networks, a leader in customer relationship management and market automation software for the mortgage lender and real estate industries, announced today the transition of Mark Green to Chief Strategy Officer and appointment of Bill Hayes as CEO.
Green founded Top of Mind in 2003 and led the company as its CEO before shifting to a primary focus on business development and product innovation. Hayes brings a rich background of entrepreneurial, operational and technological leadership. He was previously President and COO of Vendormate, Inc., a SaaS-based healthcare IT company.

Green founded Top of Mind by leveraging his professional experiences in building and maintaining customer loyalty to create post-close communications programs for mortgage lenders. The flagship product, Surefire, is the industry’s leading online CRM platform. Top of Mind’s success attracted the investment of Primus Capital, a growth-oriented private equity firm, in April 2018.
Hayes comes to Top of Mind after leading various aspects of operations, sales, marketing, business development, legal, human resources and IT for several pre-revenue start-ups to companies with $100+ million annual revenue. In addition to his recent experience with Vendormate, which also received investment from Primus Capital, Hayes currently serves on the boards of three privately held growth companies spanning the healthcare, media and technology service industries.
