Surefire by Top of Mind Networks Ranked Number One Mortgage CRM System in Recent Technology Study
ATLANTA— (BUSINESS WIRE)— Surefire, by Top of Mind Networks, a leader in customer relationship management and market automation software for the mortgage lender and real estate industries, has been ranked the number one most used mortgage customer relationship management (CRM) system for mortgage origination in STRATMOR Group’s 2018 Technology Insight Study.
The 2018 study, published in December 2018, finds that of the 78 percent of respondents who use a third-party Lead Management/ CRM tool, Surefire is the most preferred tool with 17.6-percent market share. This is almost a full three percent higher than the next most preferred tool.

It is interesting to note that according to STRATMOR, 18 percent of survey respondents arenot using a company sponsored lead management tool and often rely on their staff to keepup with customers through their preferred method. STRATMOR notes that having an effective Lead Management / CRM system allows loan originators and lenders to build and maintain customer relationships through marketing, communication functionality and lead tracking.
