Surefire by Top of Mind Networks Once Again Ranked as Number One Mortgage CRM System

The 2019 study finds that Surefire is the most used lead management CRM of all the CRMs in the mortgage lending space. Seventy-four percent of the survey respondents use a third-party Lead Management/ CRM tool, and Surefire is the most preferred tool with 18.4 percent market share, up from 17.6 percent in 2018.
