My loan officers are sending correspondences to our clients themselves, why should I consider outsourcing this function to Top of Mind Networks?
First you must ask yourself a question, "Are my loan officers really doing this, or do they just say they do it?" Secondly, your loan officers should be concentrating on doing what they do best, closing loans, not writing letters and stamping envelopes. I didn't see any newsletters on your site, do you offer those?
Consumers are getting savvy to the newsletter thing; they are typically highly generic and canned - and get thrown away. Our vision for our product is not that of an advertisement, our vision is a one-to-one communication from a mortgage professional to his/her client in order to add value and deepen the relationship. That is how referrals are generated. Newsletters do not have that one-to-one feel that a personal letter does. People know that a newsletter is something you just blasted out to everyone in your database.
What is a "Thinking of You Referral Generator"?
Some of the content of the correspondences we send out is what we call "evergreen". The thank you card verbiage will always make sense, as will the verbiage of our homestead exemption reminders and birthday cards. However, to keep our program fresh and up-to-date and provide your borrowers will valuable information today, these correspondences are written as they go out. These letters are always timely and relevant to any homeowner or anyone with a mortgage.
I noticed your "24-Touch Follow-Up Program" does not contain a Christmas card but instead has a Happy Thanksgiving card, why is that?
First and foremost everyone your client knows, from their dentist, to their sister, to their realtor will be sending them a card over the holidays. It is quite possible that yours will get caught in the shuffle and they won't even remember you sent it. However, we would be willing to bet you are one of the few (if not only) Thanksgiving cards they get. This will help you stand out above the crowd. Secondly, America is home to many different cultures and religions and sending out a Christmas, Hanukah, etc. card to someone who doesn't celebrate that holiday can be offensive. Not many people are offended by Thanksgiving. However, all that being said, our postal campaign is completely customizable and we do have holiday cards in stock should you choose to use the holiday card vs. the Thanksgiving card.
I think this is a great solution, but won't outsourcing this function keep me out of loop with my existing clients?
Actually, quite the opposite. Every week you will receive an email informing you what correspondences were sent to what clients. Many of these correspondences have a call to action (ie the borrower is asked to call you about applying for their Homestead Exemption) so knowing when the letters are sent is very important. This email also informs you of any client birthdays for the present month so you can add the extra touch of a phone call as well. Outsourcing this function to Top of Mind Networks actually deepens your relationship with your existing client base.
Will Top of Mind Networks sell my client's data?
Our privacy policy clearly states that we will not share your data with any outside third party for any reason - period.
The "24-Touch Follow-Up Program" is great for clients I close from now on, but what can Top of Mind Networks do to get me back in front of my past client database and get some new loans in the pipeline?
We offer our Quarterly Mailing campaign to help our clients get back in touch with their past client database. With this aptly named solution we mail out a letter to everyone in your past client database once a quarter. These letters are of the same quality as the ones in our standard follow-up programs and the content is timely and relevant for your clients. Top of Mind Networks has always been very anti-newsletter so we have taken this one-to-one approach as kind of our answer to the industry newsletter.
How secure is my client's data once scanned?
All scanned documents are stored on Top of Mind Networks' secure servers and are protected by our state-of-the art firewall. Online data transfers are protected by 128-bit encrypted certificates. All files stored on online and CD-ROM are protected by complex username/password authentication. All physical documents are kept within a climate-controlled, highly secure document storage warehouse.
Is it permissible to store my files electronically?
Most states and constituencies allow electronic documents as legal representations of the original file. We work closely with our clients to ensure that our electronic storage solution is allowable based on the nature of their business.
