To ensure this website platform lived up to the Lenderama name, we knew above all else the content would have to be stellar. Thus began the Lenderama Content Project. With the help of industry SEO/web guru Mark Madsen, we brought together some of the sharpest originators in the field, each tasked to write about their own specific area of expertise. Some of these originators are Top of Mind clients, some are not. Some are consistent Lenderama blog contributors, some are not. But all the same, there are a lot of heavy hitter names on this contributor list and this page is dedicated to giving credit where credit is due, thanking each person for making our website content the absolute best in the industry.

Note: The Lenderama content project actually took place back in 2010, so this article giving credit to our contributors is loooooooong overdo.

Key:

A:  Surefire.  Of course, my #1 key to domination is the Surefire System.  I have it open on my left monitor.  I use MS Outlook for day-to-day email (right monitor).

B:  Telephone.  Surefire does a lot of my heavy lifting.  Still, there’s no replacement for picking up the phone and engaging in conversation.  I’ve circled my wireless headset.  I need this to help offset the noise the treadmill makes plus it allows me to have my hands free.

C:  TreadDesk Treadmill:  As I create this blog article, I’m walking at 2.2 MPH.  So far today, I’ve covered 7.89 miles and have burned 720 calories.  Sure beats sitting on my tush.   ALSO:  The adjustable height desk allows me to raise and lower my workstation with the push of a button.  Highly recommended.  Disclaimer – I am not affiliated with nor compensated by either company or product.  I am merely a happy customer spreading the word.

D:  H2O:  Always stay hydrated.

E:  Treadmill Speed Control:  This is what I use to speed up and slow down the treadmill.  Guess what, I’m up to 8.01 miles for the day and 731 calories.  Whoo Hoo!

This weekend, March 31, 2012, is Andee’s Army 5K Fun Run. The andee’s army foundation is focused on supporting children with brain injuries.

“On January 4, 2011, Andee Poulos, an Eighth Grader at Holy Innocents’ Episcopal School, fell victim to a circulatory problem in her brain, an extremely rare condition called Arteriovenous Malformation (AVM). The AVM was something she most likely had been born with but had gone undetected until it caused a medical emergency. Assessment of her condition was made at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta at Scottish Rite followed by life-saving brain surgery at Emory University Hospital. Andee’s parents, John and Lyn, have been rotating between Atlanta and Houston assisting with Andee’s care and recovery, and they along with Andee’s younger brother George, are anxiously awaiting her permanent return home.”

This is truly near and dear to my heart because we have been friends with the Poulos family for many years. We live in the same neighborhood and our kids play together. Andee is an exceptional young lady and I’m very proud that Top of Mind Networks is helping to sponsor this event.
